on-line portal that efficiently locates charitable
and even congregation-based funds earmarked for
healthcare and similar services – like food,
shelter and clothing.
Providers
receive a private account – MyCCN –
that allows them to do quick searches and in some
cases process eligilbility applications on-line.
If the charitable source is participating, payment
plans can also be arranged on-line. |
While providers
are charged a small monthly fee to use CCN, if there
are unique circumstances these costs can be underwritten
by our sponsors. Please contact
